1st Jan 2006: "By Special Request"

People have asked me to cover songs by other artists and to this end I've put together a selection of arrangements from the talents of Bobby Darren, Elvis Presley, Dean Martin and Tony Bennet to name but a few and here's the interesting bit! All arranged and performed in the "swing style of Sinatra" - now that's a first! And if Ol' Blue eyes were here, I'm sure he would approve.

After one of my shows in the Carmichael Hall, I was approached by a well dressed gentleman who introduced himself as being from the Sinatra Appreciation Society. He said "Frank, what a great performance, Ol' Blue Eyes would be proud of you!" A great finish to a great night.
